Didn't you have some strange recipe for chicken wings? I bought a huge amount of wings on sale. I hate chicken wings so i don't have any tried and true
ways to make them. How did you make them?

I used to make wings Buffalo style by dipping them in butter and baking them until they were done. Then, you dip them in Lousiana brand hot sauce and bake some
more, until they are dry.....then, you repeat that process until they're as hot as you want them to be. Twice was usually my limit.
I hate wet, flabby wings...lol |

Wings are about the only kind of chicken I don't eat. If wings can be considered a "kind". More of a "style", I suppose.

Yeah, I don't like to eat anything that looks like a body part. But for some reason, most people love 'em. I DO love "buffalo style" boneless
chicken. Like amlost said with the hot sauce and of course blue cheese. Yum!

Here is OD's original recipe and I've used it MANY times. This makes a lot. You will probably need to half it for just a family size dinner:
OHIO DURAN'S WORLD-FAMOUS MAPLE CHICKEN WINGS. ******************** 3 to 4 pounds chicken wings 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce 1/2 cup lite soy sauce 2 tbsp minced garlic 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp onion powder 1/2 tbsp black pepper 1 to 2 cups maple syrup Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut off chicken wing tips and snip the skin between the joints. Place in disposable large baking pan. Add the maple syrup, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper, toss to coat. Place pan on baking sheet and bake for about 1 hour, tossing every 15 to 20 minutes. The liquid will gradually evaporate the longer you cook it. After 1 hour, increase the oven temperature to 425 degrees F. Turn wings to coat evenly and cook an additional 45 minutes. |

There is a lot of liquid, so no...they won't dry out. Still, you should monitor it every 15 minutes after the 1st hour.
I make this a lot and I've never had them dry out or even come close to it. They come out perfectly. |

I do not like those chicken wings
I would not like them with the sauce I would not like them with my boss. I would not like them cooked for two hours I would not like them with Gennifer Flowers. I would not like them at Hooters I would not like them with Roscoe P. Coletrain and Cooter. I do not like those fleshy wings I do not like them, it's a CT thing. |

I have a recipe for english peas and little squares of carrots that you might like instead. Salisbury steak would go well with it. Oh...! And mashed
potatoes!
